Professional Fees
The advice and recommendation service is charged at £50 per hour . A 1 hour minimum applies for local clients and a 2 hour minimum applies, plus travel costs for those further than 10 miles from Nantwich.
The initial design service consultation is free within a 10 mile radius of Nantwich, beyond this a fee of £50 will be charged for up to 60 minute consultation plus travel expenses at £0.45 per mile.
Design services are charged at an hourly rate of £50.
For an average sized domestic garden the standard design service will cost between £900-£1,200 depending on the size and complexity of the site.
Larger gardens will usually cost in the region of £1,200-£2,500, again depending upon complexity.
If you require additional design services such as planting plans and construction details; these will be based on the hourly rate of £50, and usually take between 8 -15 hours dependent on size and complexity.
Consultation sessions and establishment visits are charged at the hourly rate and are agreed in advance as required. Outside the 25 mile radius, a minimum of 2 hours of time is applicable.
Landscape Assessment reports at a town/parish scale cost between £2,000-£4,000
Conservation Management Plans cost between £2,000-£3,500 depending upon the size, complexity, and amount of historic layers.
